Tom Tuesday Dinner

All young chefs dream of cooking nightly at the small, signature place that defines them, changing the menu based on what is at the market that day, with their hands on every plate that leaves the kitchen.

Through the years, I’ve never let go of that ideal. TOM: TUESDAY DINNER will be a celebration of no-holds-barred cooking, a place where I can shoot straight from the hip with a tasting menu built on the seasonal and artisanal ingredients that inspire me.

Prices will vary. Quality and exuberance will not.
